What are the main benefits of olive oil?

Extra virgin olive oil is rich in antioxidants and healthy fats (Omega-9), which help protect the heart, improve blood circulation, and strengthen the immune system. Regular consumption is linked to reduced inflammation and improved overall health.

Yes. It contains oleic acid and natural polyphenols that help lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase good cholesterol (HDL), supporting cardiovascular health.

It can be used for salads, traditional cooking, light baking and marinades. Extra virgin oil is especially recommended for fresh use (without too high a temperature) to preserve its nutritional value.

Yes, but it is recommended to use at medium temperatures. For very high browning, it is best to use with caution to preserve the quality and natural flavor.

It is produced only by mechanical methods, without chemical processes, and preserves the olive's natural aroma, flavor, and nutritional values. Low acidity is an indicator of high quality.

It should be stored in a cool place, away from direct light and heat. Dark bottles or metal containers help maintain freshness and quality.

Yes. Although it does not spoil easily, it is recommended to consume it within 18–24 months of production to achieve optimal taste and quality.
