Our process begins with receiving orders from farmers and collecting the olives directly in the field. The olives are weighed, washed and cleaned, then processed in a modern grinding and mixing line controlled at up to 26°C. The oil is extracted through mechanical pressing and filtered with a separator to guarantee a pure and quality oil.
